App Login Personal Information Collection Usage Rules

2. In the authentication scenario, we need to obtain your personal information, includingName, ID card number, mobile phone number, WeChat id, bank card number, front and back ID card photo；
3. In the case of follow-up business, we need to obtain transaction information between you and the institution, including the loan amount and repayment amount you applied to the institution.
4. When you need to change your phone number, we collect yourPhone, which you can use to get a phone code to verify.
5. When you need to push payout transaction information from your currently logged in device, we will get yourDevice number informationand synchronize your information to the Alibaba Cloud Mobile Push Service after your explicit consent to enable the specified device to push transaction messages.
6. In order to secure merchant transactions and identify possible risks, some of our products may collect yourGeolocation information。
7. After you agree to the app privacy policy, we will initialize the integration SDK and collect your app information: IMEI, IMSI, device MAC address, Android ID, device ID, OAID, MEID, ICCID, SN, suci, SUPI, software installation list, location, contacts, call log, calendar, SMS, native phone number, pictures, audio and video, and app installation listto ensure normal data statistics and safety risk control.This information is not necessary for the operation of the business function, but it is very important for improving the quality of service, researching and developing new products or services, etc.We will not force you to provide this information, and your refusal will not adversely affect the use of this business function.
8. Self-startup or association startup instructions
Push-related: In order to ensure that the application can normally receive the broadcast information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, the application must use the (self-starting) capability. There will be a certain frequency of broadcasting through the system to wake up the application self-starting or associated startup behavior, because it is necessary for the implementation of functions and services. You open the content-like push message, and after obtaining your explicit consent, the application will jump to the relevant content.There will be no launch without your consent.

Rules for the collection and use of personal information of merchants using the product
1. Which merchants' personal information we collect
The business functions ⚫ we provide rely on some information to function.If you choose to use this business function, the necessary information you need to provide or allow us to collect includes: contact information (merchant contact address, merchant contact name, merchant contact phone number, merchant contact ID number), license information (legal person name, legal person ID number, legal person ID validity period, legal person contact information), billing information (account number, account name, document number, bank reserved phone number), store information (store address, store contact, contact phone number)
When you need to push payment transaction information from the currently logged-in device, we will obtain your device number information and sync your information to the Alibaba Cloud Mobile Push Service after your explicit consent to enable the specified device to push transaction messages.
(1) Read the photo library, which is used for users to enter and upload merchant logo images and other functions through this application.
(2) Positioning, the system obtains the user address positioning, so as to confirm whether the merchant location is consistent with the collection terminal location.
(3) Camera, which is used by the user to take or upload business logo image information.
(4) The microphone is used by the user to complete the live detection and authentication of face recognition, and to verify whether it is a fund-related business operated by the merchant itself, such as refunds, in order to protect the security of the merchant's funds.

(3) Correct your personal information
When you discover an error in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to ask us to correct it.You can do so by sending an email to service_saas@fuioupay.com, which will normally be processed within 15 business days.
(4) Delete your personal information
You can submit a request to delete your personal information to us in the following situations:
1. If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
2. If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
3. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
4. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
5. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entity that obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities have obtained your independent authorization.When you delete information from our services, we may not delete the information immediately in the backup system, but we will delete the information when backing up updates.
(5) Change the scope of your authorized consent

Once you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process your personal information accordingly.However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
(6) Personal information subject cancellation account
You can deactivate your previously registered account at any time by sending an email to

After the cancellation of the account, we will stop providing products or services to you, and delete your personal information according to your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

We do not charge a fee in principle for your reasonable request, but we will charge a certain cost fee (not exceeding our actual cost) depending on the circumstances for repeated requests that exceed the reasonable limit.We may refuse requests that are unwarrantedly repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., require the development of a new system or radically change existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involve backing up information stored on tape).
We will not be able to respond to your request if:
1. Relevant to the personal information controller's performance of its obligations under laws and regulations;
2. Directly related to national security and national defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of sentences;
5. The personal information controller has sufficient evidence to prove that the personal information subject has subjective malice or abuse of rights;
